Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order

All EmberCore orders ship with free tracked shipping to the United States and Canada. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — tracking from our door to yours.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Two parcels for jacket kits
Orders that include the EmberCore Heated Jacket kit or a power bank arrive as two parcels: carriers move batteries separately from garments for safe handling. Both parcels share the same tracking email, and they may arrive a day or two apart — this is normal, and nothing is missing.

Delivery addresses
We deliver to street addresses only. We're unable to ship to PO boxes, so please use a home or work address at checkout.

Christmas orders
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10.

If your tracking hasn't updated or you have any concern about your delivery, email support@embercore.us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
